Due to the limited availability and tiered pricing of accommodation at both venues, your accommodation fee has been deducted from the training fee. For those who stay onsite, fees will be collected and paid directly to the venue on day 1 of the program.

This will ensure you have the option of staying either on or offsite, in private or shared rooms as per your personal requirements.

Program structure:

March 25th arrival and check in from 4pm for 6pm dinner and evening gathering program ends March 29th at 3pm

* * Please note - there are only 8 beds available to stay onsite in The Lighthouse.

These beds will be allocated on a first in first served basis and will book out very quickly.
There are 4 rooms with bunk bed style share accoms (2 persons per room) with shared bathrooms

Onsite bunk twin beds rates are $75 per person + $20 bed linen fee ($320 paid on day 1) or BYO linen ($300)

Once these 8 beds are booked out, OR if you prefer staying in a private room offsite, you are responsible for finding and paying for your own local accom.

2 cabins with queen bed - suitable for a couple or someone requiring a private room $90 per night + $20 linen fee (or BYO linen)

Option 2/

3 cabins have 2 single beds in each for twin share $50 per night per person + $20pp linen fee (or BYO linen)

Option 3/

Shared bunk bed style rooms

Bunkroom 1 has 1 queen and 3 singles at $50 per night person  + $20pp linen fee (or BYO linen) 

Bunroom 2 has 2 queens and 4 singles at $50 per night per person  + $20pp linen fee (or BYO linen)

Cheryl will do her best to allocate these on a first come first served basis, with preferences for any couples in private cabin.

Once these are booked out, OR if you prefer staying in a private room offsite, you are responsible for finding your own local accom

 Pre program information and venue details will be forwarded on receipt of your registration and payment.

You will also receive a small workshop preparation reflection to enhance your experience for the event. 

Fees Include:- 4 days and 4 nights of experiential learning both indoors and outdoors in nature with horse herd interactions. Includes all meals, venue, horses, all equipment, insurances and program manual notes

Day 1 arrival by 4.00pm check in for 6.00pm dinner and evening program
Day 2-3 8.00am-5,00pm
Day 4 8.00am-3.00pm

Terms and Conditions

Due to the nature of the event, numbers are strictly limited and will be given on a “first in first served” basis until all places are filled.

Early bird discount is offered to payments made in full
A $500 deposit will secure your place in the program
Remaining fees are to be paid no later than 6 weeks before the event.

Program fees include all meals, morning and afternoon tea and snacks, horse and venue hire, insurances and program manual

Onsite accommodation fees will be collected and are payable day 1 directly to venue.
Offsite accommodation requires booking and paying directly with your chosen venue.

All payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled upon which a full refund will be issued.
If you are unable to attend for any reason you may offer your place to the next person on the waiting list, and they will be responsible for buying your place.

We reserve the right to advertise positions to persons on the waiting list should anybody not make full payment by the due dates.
If there is no waiting list for your location, you will be responsible for finding someone to buy your position.
Places may be applied to another date and event under very extreme unforseen circumstances and only with agreement from both parties
